How quickly can you answer my question?

We aim to respond to all messages and emails within 24 hours during our business hours. Inquiries are handled in the order they are received.


How long does order processing take?

Our standard processing time is 1–2 business days.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Transit time is 1–2 business days after order is processed.


How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days.

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.


Will my order arrive in one package?

Most orders arrive in a single shipment, but depending on product size and availability, your order may be sent in multiple packages.
If so, you will receive separate tracking details for each package.


I received a damaged item. What should I do?

We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Please email us at support@digie.co.uk with the following information:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


What if something is missing from my order?

If an item is missing or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@digie.co.uk.
We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Can I cancel my order?

Yes — you may request an order cancellation by contacting us at support@digie.co.uk as soon as possible.
Cancellations are only possible before the order is processed or shipped.
